爬阿伯（英雄）山记 (Gunung A Pek ,Taman Saga Cheras )

昨日，524到了阿伯山，有名英雄山。同伴是鹤鸣禅寺行者。经历2小时到达了瀑布。其中，以30分钟至45分钟到达SAGA SUMMIT站，过程很喘，路程是斜坡型的。在SAGA　SUMMIT有摇篮，秋千，还有一些健身的设施。而且这里风很大，躺在摇篮上，很舒服，悠闲的。　接着以28分钟到达第六站，过程平平，路程比较多亚答叶，而且还有刺的。



很快的在以30分钟的路程到达第五站（很奇怪，这里的休息站是逆序排列的），这里开始可以进入瀑布的路程，入口处还搭成一个由3根小树干的“门”。再以30分钟的路程可以到达瀑布很兴奋，可是路程不好走，路滑，而且还是下坡的。哈哈，最后享受冰凉的瀑布水，冲净疲惫与热汗，好凉快啊！！！

放假了那么多天，总觉得自己没好好利用。
觉得无聊----- 女友不在（今天开始）。
要做的-------觉得有心无力。

都没有行动，如何做出成绩或结果。
你你你要自律，你要戒掉不好的习惯。

LEARN

3 week ago, i was going busy with my study, revision , and have the final exam. Wa !! Continues for the life like this, i think i will crazy.

If the life not like this, what is the life to be happen or change later. The objective we all come to the world is to learn. We learn how to speak, learn how to calculate, learn how to solve the problem and more.

So far, i still very enjoy to learn.
